I have enjoyed getting to know you as much as anyone in this room today.  You have a great smile…but I saw more than that.  I saw a twinkle, indeed, a sparkle.  I am confident there is raw talent for leadership that you have not yet harnessed.  I see wisdom in you that you can match with the inner passion to elevate yourself to a higher level.  And you will take your team or any group with you.
